Fractional · Embedded · Accountable

One constant.
Three stages.

Enterprise scale, hypergrowth, and zero-to-one. Todd Tower has led transformation through all three, and brings the same identify-plan-execute discipline to your company's next stage, with one person accountable for the result.

The Approach

Identify. Plan. Execute.

The same discipline, applied at every stage. Not a slide deck handed over at the end, but an owner embedded with your team until the result lands.

01

Identify

Find where the transformation is actually stalled: the gaps in ownership, process, and operating model that are slowing you down.

02

Plan

Build a plan designed to hold across regions, product lines, and renewal cycles, not one that only lives in a presentation.

03

Execute

Stay embedded and accountable through delivery, so the model and the team keep pace with the business.

Proven at Every Stage

Different problems. Same accountability.

Choose a stage to see how the work changes as a company grows.

Redesigning a global organization

Leading global cloud services at SAP meant owning a 2,700-person organization, a $300M operating budget, and $700M+ in annual contract value, and redesigning how it operated to maximize retention and net present value across 37,000 customers.

At that scale, the redesign had to hold across regions, product lines, and renewal cycles simultaneously, with Todd accountable for the outcome, not just the org chart.

Rebuilding the engine mid-flight

Todd was there for the stretch that took Concur from a $17M company to a $2B platform. In hypergrowth, the operating model has to be rebuilt every 12 to 18 months as the business outgrows it, with no slack to pause and re-plan.

Staying accountable meant the model and the team running it kept pace with the business instead of slowing it down.

Building go-to-market from nothing

Here the job wasn't running an existing function better; it was building go-to-market from scratch in a GM-scope role that also carried customer success and product.

No department to fall back on and no precedent to inherit. Just three functions that had to work as one system from day one, with Todd accountable for all three.

This isn't a case study recounted after the fact. It's a live engagement, run exactly the way Tower Advisory is built to be hired: fractional, embedded, one accountable owner.

An SAP partner launch and a full brand and go-to-market transition are running in parallel at a current client, on the same identify-plan-execute arc.
